Hi! First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is BENITO, I was named after the Mexico City airport where I was found. I probably had a home once, but as it usually happens, I didn't have an ID so I got lost and ended up wantering the streets. I was attacked by a pack of dogs and they tore my ear.

Even though I was wounded, nobody stopped, nobody helped me. Until one day I was walking along the airport hangars and a car pulled over and two nice girls approached me slowly and they gave me some water (boy! I really needed it!) and I heard them say, "we can't take you with us right now, little guy, but if you stay around here, as soon as we get off work we'll take you someplace better". I didn't really understand what they were saying, but they seemed like good people. A few minutes later, they came back for me and now I'm lucky enough to live in a foster home.

Now on to the best part... I'm a very affectionate and loving dog. I love to play ball, I simply never let it out of my sight! Even when I eat I keep it next to me to make sure I don't lose it. I get along well with other dogs, but honestly, I'm food possessive. I don't like to share my food. I'm an ideal dog for small and big children because I'm very cautious. I know I look a little gruff, but I'm actually very kind and humble and I just want a little piece of your heart. In exchange, I promise to protect you and love you and be the most loyal friend you've ever had.

What do you say? Will you give me the chance?
