Esta pequeña fue recogida atropellada en Tulyehualco el sábado en la madrugada; sólo podía arrastrarse debido a las lesiones causadas por el atropellamiento.

La Mari, quien fué nombrada así en honor al taxista que tuvo el corazón de guiarnos hasta el lugar donde se encontraba esta pequeña, tiene fracturas múltiples de cadera, columna vertebral y patas traseras. Además su colita ya podrida solamente está detenida a su cuerpo debido a las rastas que tiene.

Cuando fue encontrada estaba sumamente asustada y adolorida por lo que lo primero que se hizo fue estabilizarla y revisar que no tuviera estallamiento de vísceras. La Mari requerirá una cirugía para intentar que vuelva a caminar. Se puede ver fácilmente en las fotos que su vida en las calles no ha sido nada fácil.

La Mari requiere de mucha ayuda para poder salir adelante y volver a caminar, la ayudarías????

This little girl was hit by a car and she was found in Tulyehualco on Saturday morning; she was only able to drag herself because of the damage caused by the car.

La Mari, named after the kind-hearted taxi driver who found her and led us to where she was, has multiple fractures of her hip, spine, and hind legs. Also, her tail is almost falling off and just hanging on by the heavy matting of her fur.

She was very frightened and in pain when we found her, so she required immediate stabilization of her vitals and make sure there was no internal bleeding. La Mari is going to need surgery to be able to walk again. It's plain to see from the photos that her life on the street hasn't been an easy one.

La Mari needs a lot of help to pull through and walk again. Can you help her???
